Vehicle Deposit
Please be advised that a small percentage of the deposit for vehicle hire will need to be made by debit/credit card of the named driver under the insurance policy. This is a requirement from our Insurance Company (Tradex) to prevent fraud for both our customers and our company.
Cancellation Policy
As part of our cancellation policy all deposits paid for van/trailer hire or lake bookings are non refundable. However if we cancel bookings due to actions out of our hands we will then issue you with a full deposit refund as soon as the cancellation is made.
Refund policy
As part of our refund policy if full payment is made more than 4 weeks prior to your booking and you wish to cancel then a refund will be issued (this will not included any deposits paid). Should you wish to cancel within the final 4 weeks of your booking then no refunds will be issued.
Customer privacy policy
Please be assured that all card payment details are entered directly into the payment process and not kept in any format. However the payment details for the named driver will need to be presented upon collection of the hire vehicle. These details will then be kept for the duration of the hire agreement. This is a security measure for any damage, endorsements, non returned equipment for the van/trailer and any insuarance excess should there be a road traffic incident.
Upon return the details will then be destroyed and cleared off our system
